LOVE my #finditattarget Influenster Voxbox!

Alrighty y'all.

I was selected by Influenster to participate in the #finditattarget Voxbox. I received 3 shades of LANEIGE spf 50 BB foundation. I am a very very pale woman and do not tan very well! So of course I went with the lighter shade. Sometimes even the lightest shades of foundation make me look a hint of orange because I can rarely get the color for me with some brands. I gave this one a shot the other day when I went to a Lactation party. To my surprise, I loved it and it ended up matching perfectly. Even in different lights. It does have a nice scent to it when you first open it up. There is a good size mirror in the top of the container and then the middle layer holds the applicator which is very soft and easy to use. The bottom is the foundation. It's in a sponge type material and you press the applicator on the spongeyness to get the makeup on.

It went on very easy and didn't take too much to apply to get full coverage. My skin also reacts differently to different foundations and sometimes not too well either. I had no problems with this one at all. The foundation even comes with a replacement foundation, so it's like a 2 in 1, which is even better.

I'll be giving away the other 2 shades to some friends as I obviously cannot utilize dark or medium haha. I'm not sure when the product will be in stores, but it is already advertised on Target's website for $34, but not yet for sale. I would definitely recommend it to any one looking to try a new coverage solution. Hey, it's also a BB foundation and a correcter!

NYC'S HD Color Trio!

Alright girls and some boys I guess! lol. I was given the opportunity to try out NYC'S HD color trio courtesy of Influenster and their Jolly Vox Box! I absolutely love the colors that were provided as I'm more of a earth tone kinda gal. I'm not a bright colored lover too much unless it's an occasion. It's very simple to use and for those who aren't used to layering shadows and colors to get an effect they've wonderfully labeled each color to show you what part of the eye to put it on. There are three colors (hence the word trio) and the lightest of them all is the highlighter the second color is the darkest and it's the one you'll apply all over your lid and then the last color will be applied to the crease of your eyelid. It creates a wonderful nice natural colored soft look. It takes me not time to apply the eye makeup and the little brush is fairly easy to clean as well as I like to have them last as long as I can and keep them clean. The shadow is very smooth and doesn't clump or feel heavy. I do use a shadow primer from Urban Decay that works wonders and pumps up the volume of the color and helps it last all through the day a bit better. I would definitely use this all the time and I do recommend it!

Jolly VoxBox!!!

Alrighty! This is my very first voxbox and I am all too excited! This one was titled the Jolly Voxbox and the name is correct for it did make me Jolly with all of these goodies! IN it I received a package of 8 Skinny Cow dive filled chocolates (peanut butter filled), mini ducklings duck tape that was pink and zebra striped, NYC HD color trio eye shadow in the colors of long beach sands, a travel pack of puffs plus lotion, and last but definitely not least, Rimmel London Show Off Lip Lacquer in the color of Celestial.

Skinny Cow Candies:
Of course these were the 1st thing I attacked as soon as I opened up the box haha. As it being that wonderful womanhood blessing time of the month these were even more perfect. The flavor inside was a chocolate candy with a peanut butter filling. They come 8 packages to a box. There are 3 candy pieces in a package. In my opinion that's plenty to hold off my chocolate craving for a bit so I think they retail for around four bucks and I think that's a fair price. They are delicious! The chocolate is wonderful and the peanut butter is nice and smooth. It's not too much of one another, but perfect. I have to stop myself before the skinny cow name is no longer relevant!

Mini Ducklings Duck Tape:
This is the first time I've ever seen this version of duck tape and find it quite cute. Mine was a pink and black zebra striped roll. I'm not a fan really of animal prints, but I'm sure there is a selection of other prints to choose from. I think these would be great for decorating or doing a project to add a little spice. I would imagine these being great for high school aged projects and maybe game nights and signs.

NYC HD Color Trio: Beach Sands:
I love NYC as it is and find them wonderfully priced and have never had a problem with their brand or product. I loved the colors that were in my box as I am more prone to natural colors vs bright and flashy colors. The eye shadow goes on very nicely and there are three colors to mix and blend to get a nice warm all over shadow. There is plenty of shadow to last for many uses. There are also labels to let you know which color to use first and the placement of the color on your lid.

Puffs Plus Lotion Tissues:
These couldn't have came at a better time. My little one has a cold and the travel pack is wonderful for on the go and runny noses that are going faster than you! They're soft and did not irritate the bottom area around her nose like I've had others do from having to keep up with that nose! They have a light pleasant scent. They do their job wonderfully as intended and keep the nose from getting raw!

Rimmel London Show Off Lip Lacquer: Celestial:
I have used Rimmel London products before and have usually had great experiences and so I expected nothing but greatness from the product. I was satisfied as it has been a while since I purchased the brand, but the lacquer is nice and smooth and glides on seamlessly. The color is a nice light pink and doesn't make your lips look like a neon sign. It's almost a transparent pink and compliments my fair skin well.

Overall for myself, there is nothing bad to say about this box. This is my first voxbox and I'm more than happy with it. I am so glad I had the opportunity thanks to Influenster to get in on this bad boy! I love love love it more than I can say or type. I would most definitely purchase anyone of these products in the future and I will more than likely stock up on the skinny cow next food trip!

Kroger Skillet Meals: BzzAgent Review

<img src="https://img.bzzagent.com/image/krogerSkillet.jpg?Type=activity&Activity=3647044256&Campaign=4400734910&Uid=1490187&token=568d65e45efa3efc43009011390fb849" alt=""/>
I was given the opportunity to review Kroger's Skillet Meals along with two sides.

I chose the Sausage Pasta Skillet and it was pretty delicious, I'd have to say. It took no time to cook and was full of flavor. I chose the garlic bread and a Caesar Salad kit to acoompany it. The bread cooked in 8 min. and was very tasty and nice and crisp. The salad came with Parmesan cheese, croutons, and dressing. The lettuce was nice and crisp. The cheese was yummy and the croutons were not stale in anyway and gave the salad a nice crunch. This is a great meal for two people. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to get dinner in a flash.
